Senior Analyst, Enterprise Relationship Management

This position facilitates development of new business, retaining of existing revenue streams, broadening of existing relationships and ensures the highest level of customer service through research, analytics, and internal coordination.


Maintains the CRM database, assisting with data entry ensuring data integrity and quality assurance.
Serves as a liaison between GCM and the businesses to ensure the accuracy of GCM sales reporting. Prepares and maintains divisional reports.
Works with other internal constituencies to obtain data and ensure the accuracy of reports.
Researches, constructs, organizes, presents, and drives the implementation of client account plans. Prepares business overviews for assigned groups to include but not limited to pipeline, trending, and year over year analysis.
Provides baseline revenue generation reporting and verify information with the associated businesses.
Updates client information based on Know Your Customer (KYC) policies. Assists with the internal coordination of deals and serve as a liaison between product groups and the CE to deliver tailored solutions to the client. Incumbent builds client relationships as appropriate predominantly through CE interactions. Assists with client presentation preparation.
Responsible for achievement of organic, incremental growth (revenue, asset) goals within assigned client portfolio.


Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
Experience in Relationship Management, Client Services or Account Management preferred. Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business is preferred.
Positive attitude with willingness to learn new things and get more challenging tasks.

Institutional Account Manager, Middle East

We are currently seeking to recruit an Account Manager to join our Middle East & Africa Institutional team, based in Hong Kong.

The successful candidate will work closely with Relationship Manager and Business Development Manager colleagues on the team to support strategic and complex clients/prospects by responding to ad hoc inquiries, undertaking market research, and preparing for client/prospect meetings. Incorporating product knowledge with firm awareness, he/she will be required to effectively communicate client/prospect expectations with a variety of internal constituents, including the Client Service Group, Portfolio Services, Legal & Compliance, Portfolio Management, Product Management, Trading and other functions.

In addition, the Account Manager will take the lead in managing relationships with an assigned set of clients/prospects. He/she will serve as the primary access point to Crown Alliance Capital and its resources, and will be responsible for coordinating efforts to meet client and prospect needs. He/she will be expected to identify any potential opportunities for growth within the client/prospect base, and work collaboratively with colleagues on new business opportunities as appropriate.


Provide leadership on assigned relationships within the organization; act as an advocate for each client/prospect within the firm, and as an advocate for the firm with each client/prospect.
Represent the investment views of the firm to clients/prospects, and provide them with analysis and communication on investment issues
Manage client/prospect expectations, balancing the interests of both clients/prospects and the organization.
Analyze performance data, investment characteristics, and risk profiles of client portfolios
Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the marketplace, and contribute to the management of our business.


A Bachelors degree is required. A post-graduate qualification (e.g. MBA, CFA), or progress towards one, would be viewed favourably.
Experience of working with Institutional clients and prospects in the Middle East and/or Africa regions would be advantageous, but is not required.
Have an excellent working knowledge of capital markets and investment approaches (ideally across multiple asset classes).
Initiative, creativity, persistence, and consultative selling skills are particularly important in this role.
